    Get the body ready — mobility, and warmup.

    Drills & games

    Applied partner drills and games that build timing, distance, and tactics. Coached technique lessons

  4. 04

    Fencing

    Controlled bouts for those geared up and cleared to fence.

  5. 05

    Cool down

    Gear cleanup and a group stretch to finish.
