Safety starts with you
HEMA is a contact sport with steel. We take protection, control, and etiquette seriously so everyone trains hard and goes home healthy.
We're serious about safety. New students fence only after they've geared up correctly and been walked through fencing etiquette by an instructor. We practice control — never hitting harder than your partner is comfortable with — and unsafe behavior is not tolerated.

Your first class is free.
Bring a water bottle and clothes you can move in. We provide the swords, the masks, and someone to walk you through it.
