Four steps to your first time fencing

    Show up

    Come to any Monday session at Mang Park, Buffalo, NY. Arrive a few minutes early and find an instructor — no need to book.

  2. 02

    Sign the waiver

    One quick form. Fill it out ahead of time to save a couple minutes at the door.

  3. 03

    Borrow gear

    We hand you a mask and a trainer and get you kitted out. Nothing to buy.

  4. 04

    Train

    You’ll warm up, learn some footwork and technique, and drill with the group. We’ll meet you where you’re at.
